Warner Lee is the founder of this CPA Practise. Prior to establishing this practise, Warner Lee worked for 10 more years in CPA firms in Hong Kong. He gained substantial professional experience in audit, assurance, internal control review and financial due diligence engagements. In addition to his extensive years of professional experience, he possesses in-depth knowledge in profits tax issues in Hong Kong. Warner is a fellow practising member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a registered financial planner of Society of Registered Financial Planners. Warner obtained his master degrees in Finance and Professional Accounting in 2007 and 2009 from Curtin University of Technology and Hong Kong Polytechnic University respectively.

Thomas Huang Principal Consultant, China Tax & Business Consultant

He spent 9 years in the tax division of Hong Kong Ernst & Young and China KPMG. He specialise in China tax and transfer pricing. He possesses in-depth knowledge of planning and implementation of Hong Kong-China and cross boarder investment and transaction structure. Thomas obtained his master degree in Professional Accounting in 2009 from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
